About Optimum in Detail
The team and the work
Optimum Tree Service is a Houston tree care company serving homeowners, property managers and commercial sites. Our crew handles pruning, trimming, removal, stump grinding and storm cleanup, with consulting from an ISA Master Arborist through Arborist on Demand when a tree needs a closer look. We explain the plan before any work begins.
How an estimate works
Tell us what you are seeing, share photos if you can, and include the property address. We review the tree, the site and your goal, then send a written estimate with the scope of work, any limits we see, and scheduling. No work starts until you approve it.
Safety training and job planning
Every job starts with a plan: access, nearby structures and utilities, drop zones, equipment placement and cleanup. Our crew includes OSHA 30 and OSHA 10 certified personnel, and ISA Master Arborist support is available through Arborist on Demand for larger or more complex work.
When a Master Arborist is involved
Optimum Tree Service works together with Arborist on Demand, a separate company that provides an ISA Master Arborist. That specialist is consulted for advanced diagnosis, preservation, recovery, utility clearance planning, large-scale commercial work and formal appraisal. A Master Arborist is not needed on every job, and we will tell you when one is.
Insured and licensed
Optimum Tree Service is fully insured up to $1 million and licensed in Houston. Documentation is provided on request.
Emergency calls
We take emergency tree removal calls every day, 24 hours a day. Regular service hours are 7 AM to 7 PM.
